At ECP AirTech we know what is required for a good result. Our reference cases include large and small plants where, together with our partners, we have installed new products with the aim of reducing our customers ‘environmental impact and improving the employees’ working environment.

New Electric Filters, Ljusdals Energi
Ljusdals Energi was in need of replacing existing electricity filters with two new ones to meet the emission requirements. The boilers that are fired with wood chips and bark are 2 x 10 MW. We at ECP AirTech supplied two electric filters with associated ducts and flue gas fans.
Interior change Electic filter Domsjö factories
After Soda-boiler 8 at Domsjö Fabriker there is an electricity filter supplied by Svenska Fläkt. The filter has been mechanically exhausted for some time, which has resulted in several unplanned stops. During the fall of 2017, we changed the interior of both the systems.
Sinter filter SSAB
New flue gas purification after furnace at SSAB in Luleå 2015. The air flow is about 1,000,000 Nm3/h and the choice fell on sinter filters from our German partner Herding Filtertechnik. Emission levels at the new plant are fantastically low, <0.1 mg/Nm3/h.
Water scrubber LKAB
LKAB in Kiruna needed to replace existing dust extraction plants 860 meters underground. We were given the confidence to deliver and install the new water scrubbers with associated ducts, dampers and fans. Emissions after the new plants are <5mg/m3 air.
